Every Moment Matters, this craft session was made under the “Teddy-Bear” project, a collaborative effort between DPH and our colleagues. Through this project, we aim to create 50 handmade roses, customise greeting card and attached it unto a 6-inch Teddy Bear for each patient to receive a heartwarming gift upon admission, assuring them with attentive care.
